Two of a Kind! Rayon Flake Skeins - Sets of 2
Sets of 2 similar hand-dyed, generously wound 1,200 yard skeins for a total of 2,400 yards or more. The Yards Per Pound (ypp) is similar to an 8/2. This yarn dyes richly. It has just a little texture that catches the light like a feather might.
Rayon, also called sabra silk or cactus silk in some countries, is made from regenerated cellulose, such as wood and related agricultural products. It has the same molecular structure as cellulose. It is frequently mixed into cotton projects for weft or accents in the warp. Wash gently.
This dyed yarn is colorfast in normal use. Do not bleach or use in prolonged sunlight. I boil and rinse these skeins a minimum of 4 or 5 times after dyeing them, but there might still be a little color in your water the first time you wash them. When combining yarn that includes dark colors with other colors, wash in color water with color catcher the first time. I do not suggest mixing these yarns with white or very light colors. Please look over them carefully when you get them. If they will not work for you, please return them in their original condition for a refund or exchange.
Shipping will be added at check out. An additional 5% of product price will be added to orders sent to countries other than the USA. (Minimum of $5) This can be avoided if you have an address in the US to which your warps can be shipped.
